Walking for clarity

Whenever I had a complex problem to solve, be it strategic questions at work or vexing relationship questions, I always found walking it out improved my clarity and I came up with multiple solutions. I would also return to my desk with renewed inspiration and vigour.

Thinking about incorporating a walking coaching session into my coaching programs with my clients, although I’m unsure whether it will distract my focus on body language and restrict my ability being able to use certain tools.
